American Standard Name has been under several ownerships over the Years. Since June of 2013 American Standard is owned by Lixil Group Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

American Standard is based in Piscataway, NJ. I don't believe any of American Standard Products are made in the US. Most of their Products are Made in China with 1 Plant in Mexico.
